Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible goods within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt)

Custom-made or personalized items (including handmade candles or made-to-order clothing) are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (for damaged items).
  3. We will respond with a return shipping address and instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email to confirm:

  • That your return was received
  • Whether your refund was approved

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is defective)

If you are approved for a refund (excluding defects), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Used or damaged products not due to our error
